I purchased a Roma Outdoor setting from Alfresco Outdoor Furniture and made initial contact via the website. Within 2 hours I received an email from Michaela letting me know she had a shipment due of beautiful Roma Outdoor settings.
From the moment I made contact with Michaela the customer service was impeccable. I live in Bangkok and furnishing my house in Queenstown NZ was challenging but Michaela made sure the payment process was very easy, delivery was the exact time and date she promised, she even called me to confirm delivery and the setting was delivered in perfect condition.
The quality of this Roma setting was just stunning, I love it and it takes pride and place in my beautiful home in Queenstown on the balcony. I would highly recommend Michaela and Dean not only for their outstanding customer service but also for the impeccable products they have.

We bought the Sun lounger Set and Roma Lounge Set after much market research. We decided upon the Alfresco range due to the quality and value of the product. The fibres are well wound around the sturdy frame and are coloured all the way through. The cushions are made from outdoor foam, which is a great extra feature in this value range. Michaela and Deans service and communication are excellent too, lovely to deal with and we feel confident that we would have ongoing support, should we require it. We now have our furniture set up and they are just so lovely. They are extremely comfortable and stylish; an excellent addition to our fabulous new pool area. Thanks so much!

My husband and I recently purchased a set of sun loungers from Alfresco Outdoor Furniture. After spending some time researching rattan products we decided to purchase through Alfresco for a number of reasons. We felt we not only received value for money but the quality of their products was outstanding! The follow up service provided by Dean and Michaela was excellent as well as very efficient delivery. They are extremely comfortable and light weight and easy to move around. All of our friends comment on how stunning they look around our pool!
