Ordering

All of our products have been individually selected for design and quality with the aim to inspire your tastes. We have then driven down the prices through efficient and effective sourcing and distribution channels, while not compromising on quality of goods and service provided. This then enables us to offer you these exclusive furnishings at unbeatable prices.

Placing An Order

When you are ready to place your order, either email us info@alfrescofurniture.co.nz or call us personally on 021 02777171. We will contact you to confirm your order, stock availability and delivery details.

Payment

Alfresco Outdoor Furniture accepts: cash or direct debit and major credit cards. If an item is in stock in our warehouse, we would require the full payment prior to dispatch. If an item is currently unavailable we would require a 50% deposit, payable on order confirmation, and 50% remainder balance due prior to dispatch. All prices include NZ GST.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery charges depend upon location and are at the customer's expense. We can organise delivery to any specified location in New Zealand.

Our Guarantee

We offer a 2 year warranty on our furniture (excluding squabs and cushions). Customers are responsible for return delivery costs.
